I don't know why people regard Army as a all-time great team. Their best years were during the World Wars, when they had a ton of recruits at West Point. They, and the other military acadamies, have had a ton more losing seasons than good to great seasons.

Army was a great team from 1900 through 1948ish. After that, they have been crap. However, they were still one of the early greats.

Not as rude as all the poudings that Michigan has given to the Illini through the years. We used to sing this during the innumerable times that the UM band would play this during the games. Of course, if the Illini would have played better, we wouldn't have had to sing it so much.
Of course, we'll always have 1993 at the Big House.

Aside from the Army/Navy love, which I don't get, this is pretty much what I'd say, though not necessarily in that order. I'd replace Army/Navy, maybe with Penn State, Tennessee or Miami (FL).
Army hasn't been really good in decades. But at least they won some titles in the WWII era - Navy hasn't even won 1.
