PDF Conversion Question

Can anyone tell me how to convert a PDF into a format that I can copy and paste into a thread? (with WYSIWYG)

crappity crapppity crap, I'm having zero luck getting this converted (sad, considering I was almost certain I had the tools to do it).

Maybe a sharper tech guru can help out better than me, I can barely spell pdf myself.

yeah, that's f'n hugeMade 'em smaller now. Fighting the battle between resolution and being too big. I think the size I've got 'em now is the best balance I'm going to get.
