Anybody play on this site? If so, is it a good site to play on?

Just wondering because I saw they have a 40% 1st deposit bonus going on right now until tomorrow.

I have played there. They have buggy, ugly software, and horrible new rake structure. I believe there is a movement to boycott them based on a recent rake change. You might research that yourself since that may have changed, but this was within the last month. Personally, I'd stay away. Plenty of other good options out there.

It's not a terrible site. Decent amount of fish. The software is multi-platform, still the only room that can support Macs and Linux IIRC. On the other hand, this make it slightly clunky. The bonus is moderately difficult to clear, but isn't terrible.

I've played at PokerRoom a ton over the last year or so. The software is slick, but reportedly prone to bugginess, though I've never experienced a problem myself. I *love* them for SnGs, because they have the best combination I've found of deep starting stacks (t1500) and poor players (not as bad as Party, but but not much better).

All that said, their new rake structure is horrible, the bonus takes a long time to clear, and their MTT offerings are very limited.

I have experienced the bugs. It is not nice when it is your turn to act and your cards are not visible due to graphics clipping.

Just a quick update. I deposited $200 to see how the site was and an $80 bonus seemed attainable.

I need to reach 560 pts. by November and I have 77 after 2 hrs. of play at the $50 NL tables. So far I am up $190.
