FOF Fantasy Football?

A few years ago we did a (very fun, IMO) fantasy league using FOF... would anybody be up for such a league again (using FOF2004)?

I'd be willing to run it and would like to take another shot at it as I had fun last time we played this game... I'm guessing 8-10 players would be a good number -- if there's interest, I could go into setting up the logistics.

If someone else (wade moore?) wanted to run things, that'd be excellent too! Either way I'd be happy and would just like a chance to have a team.

Not sure why you tossed my name out there (hell, I didn't think anyone outside of the IHOF and CFL really knew who I was), but I'd be willing to help out for sure... although with my life/schedule the way it is, I don't think I could be reliable enough to be the 'main' guy in something like this right now...

Just thinking... probably would make sense to tie this in with one of the main MP leagues (IHOF probably)... this idea looks like it may have been useful only as a one-time thing way back when, but would be neat IMO if it could be revived.

I agree that the way to do this is with an MP League... IHOF seems ideal to me, especially because with VPI's backend there is the potential to automate it.

However... Kodos tried to get some interest in this in the past and we pretty much got an "f'ing elitist" response across the board.. however, with a non-IHOFer pushing it maybe that could change... for more info on that, check here: http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~fof/forums/showthread.php?t=27125&highlight=ihof+fantasy

In addition, the CFL and GEFL are doing very simplistic internal versions (with basically all owners participating) of this.. Not sure where the GEFL info is, but for CFL check out http://www.thecfl.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1806&sid=45b0f04576bf7c4cfd89521c8bc34b5d .

I think the appeal to this is a wider audience, possibly a more in-depth system, and automation if we could get a little help from VPI (which I imagine would not be too hard)...
