Questionable injury status

What is the penalty to the player who is questionable? My starting QB has a broken thumb, I normally wouldn't play him at questionable but it is a playoff game.

You know, no one really knows. I imagine it affects certain positions differently and certain injuries probably matter as well. It's really anybody's guess.
