*** OOTP 6.5b BETA released *** <hr style="color: rgb(170, 170, 170);" size="1"> <!-- / icon and title --> <!-- message --> Hey guys,

this time I decided to release a public beta of the patch. It'll probably be the last patch, so I want to make sure that it is tested by as many people as possible http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/board/images/smilies/smile.gif Thanks for your help!

Download 6.5b BETA (http://ootpdevfiles.com/ootp/ootp65b_beta.zip)

The following things were fixed or enhanced:
- Fixed the 'bad player bug'
- Fixed throwing error scoring
- Fixed displayed fans interest in team financial report
- Fixed importing of historical rookies, some players with few career ABs got overrated
- Fixed importing of single players
- Fixed reporting of contract extentions in the player HTML report
- Changed the transaction reports so that Catobase should work in the future

Wow what a week, EHM patch, OOTP patch and tomorrow we will get the TEW2005 demo. Thanks for the link. Btw, Skydog, i sent you a pm yesterday about your live sports question.

My thoughts exactly. I can finally get back to playing OOTP. It's just not as fun without catobase.

apparently not all of the CatoBase fixes were done. However there is a utility that was written so that it can be done.

Not sure what you mean here. :confused: High-strung people will jump to conclusions with the first beta build of the patch and say things like, "Not all of the Cato fixes were done," rather than posting a detailed explanation of the continuing problem so that the developer will see it, and then some people will believe that the problem isn't fixed, and won't be.

Umm, there is a theard that is posted for Markus to see:

So there is some activity with people trying to relay this to Markus.

I for one have tried the 6.5b patch and see only one difference;

The file now has a blank line before the trade but still not after the trade line. Thats the only thing I notice differently.
