An Ohioan, well regarded and respected for her intellect and judgment, Batchelder could be a nominee meant to stifle Democratic criticism. Batchelder is considered a nominee who could appear as thoughtful, charismatic and intelligent in Senate hearings as Judge Roberts was.
Jeez, this woman needs a serious makeover. She has terrible hair.

Yeah, it is certainly a right leaning quiz. And not very scientific, but I thought that people here may get a kick out of it.

U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, appointed by G.W. Bush, 50 years old
Has criticized Bush v. Gore and the Clinton impeachment, but also Roe v. Wade (he signed a statement in 1996 supporting a constitutional amendment banning abortion). Has plenty of things to make Democrats happy; you hope they can overcome that one big one!

JUDGE EDITH 'JOY' CLEMENT
U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, nominated by G.W. Bush, 57 years old
So close last time! Clement was considered a shoo-in to be the nominee till just a few hours before Roberts was officially named. Few high profile opinions, but considered a strict constructionist.

(Surprised me with that answer, it wasn't what I expected)
