This award has to go to the packers coaching staff led by Mike Sherman. 1:45 on the clock in the first half panthers run the ball for about three yards on first down. Down 16 points, the packers wait for 15 seconds then call their first timeout. Now you can argue whether you should call a timeout there or not but clearly the right thing to do isn't wait 15 seconds then call a timeout. I can't count how many clock management/late game situations he has screwed up in the past few years.

Mike Tice and Mike Sherman do not hold a candle to the incompetence displayed by Ray Handley of the New York Giants. He wasn't qualified to manage the clock at a baseball game, and that wasn't the least of his issues. I'm not even a Giants fan. I just remember thinking..."How did this guy get a job coaching in the NFL?".

Current: Mike Tice he comes off very badly on the post game press conferances. I don't know how bad a coach is as i am not in their meetings or at their practices but he looks like and sounds like an idiot addressing the media the day after a game.

go to 7-2 and tell the media you will be looking at your options at the end of the season(trying to work a new contract through the media) team says i want to get paid too and don't compete the rest of the season 7-9 finish.

jackass 8-8 = dissapointing season for any team who had been in the playoffs last 3 years and won at least 10 games.
