hah, thats nothin! I used to get two 30 minute massages every week at my old job AND we had 3 kegerators with some of the finest micros portland has to offer. Also, free food of every variety (bagles, chips, coffee, soda, lunch meats, bread, candy). It was a bit insulting when they laid off 30 employees and kept the masseuse though.

Last I heard theyre running with a skeleton crew, but everything is still pretty much the same. They still have a masseuse, but I just found out the one who used to work there committed suicide a few month back, really weirded me out hearing that news.
I really miss the excess of the pre-bubble-bursting dot com world.
I forgot to mention i had a shower and a sauna at my disposal too. Every morning i'd bike downtown to the gym, work out for a hour and then continue my ride along the Columbia River. The bike path went right in front of my office, which was right on the river. Id coast my bike in thru the back door, into my office and then walk across the hall and do the sauna/shower action. Even though im semi-retired now, i would easily give it all up to go back to that situation again. Working from home makes you incredibly fat.

When I was interning for the Washington Capitals, I had a badge that would allow me along with whoever I had with me to go ANYWHERE in the MCI Center....Locker-rooms, sit wherever we wanted (as long as the seats were empty obviously) and not just for Caps games, it worked for Georgetown and Wizards games as well. That was an awesome time in my life. I went to every single home game that season for the Caps and saw quite a few Wizards' games as well (Jordan's first year back).

Not sure, but I think that ranks below a gratuitous bj any day of the week.

The best perk out of any job I've ever had was free lunch every Friday. Of course I always ordered extra and brought the rest home :)
