Everybody remember when Debbie Gibson posed in Playboy? I work for a company that distributed a CD single around that time. We did a little promotional work for her but it wasn't that big of a deal.

Anyway, we got this letter from this guy about 2 weeks into the project. I am guessing that he thought we could get in touch with Debbie and let her know that she is loved...

hehe.

I hate people who tell stories through run-on sentences. Basically, what I got from the first 8 or so lines was that he was a fan back when she first started, but couldn't buy her albums because his girlfriend was jealous, and he had a bunch of VHS tapes that he got through ebay and....wait a minute, ebay existed in 1987? That's too much work to read and sort through.

All I know is, I don't believe him when he says he didn't get the Playboy mag because the store ran out of them. I think Momma gave him an ultimatum - you buy a Playboy, you move out of my basement.

Guys, I have since been through therapy and I am over Debbie Gibson.

I start my treatment over Hillary Duff next week.
