I got this in my inbox today for Ultimate Bet.
Looking for a HOT new game? Check out Royal Hold'em, exactly like Texas Hold’em but with a stripped deck of just 20 cards and only the best 20 cards. No low cards, only play with aces, kings, queens, jacks and tens. Click here for more on Royal Hold'em.

I assume a good player who understands poker theory and can quickly adapt to the changes could clean up vs poor players who are there for the action.

This game has been running on UB for a few weeks now. I haven't actually played it, but I have heard from others that many players haven't adapted to the changes well. That translates to easy money. :D

How exactly would you play this? Pocket pairs & Axs only?

Hmm... seems like a game ripe for collusion. The max # of players is what.. 7 but, can't imagine the table plays that many so, say 6... if you get 3 people together, you will know what 30% of the cards in play are.
Although, not calculating odds, seems like a game where their would be alot of straights or full houses...

Besides a game rip for collusion some simple planning will probably make you some decent money. Here is a 2+2 thread on the topic. Connected and suited cards go way down in value. You are looking for the nut full house or better. So AA, KK, QQ, AK, AQ and maybe JJ in position. Flopping a set or top two pair is what you want and have that improve to a full house. The board will make broadway a nontrivial amount but otherwise straights are useless(if the board isn't broadway then it is paired and a full house is super easy to make). Flushes are always straight flushes but are pretty hard to make. I haven't actually played but it seems like a game that the action junkies might be playing and therefore a pretty profitable game.
edit: straights are bad explaination.
edit again: It appears that the latest patch of pokertracker is now importing royal holdem. So make sure you have the most recent patch if you are going to play

Yeah, I can't imagine that a straight would be worth anything in this game.
