Is it possible to set it up to get email from like..........yahoo or zoomtown or any account? I've never used outlook at all and am not sure how to work it.

You should be able to as long as the provider has POP access. If you look under options or help, most providers let you know how to set it up with Outlook/Eudora/Thunderbird. Some even have automatic tools which will set up accounts for you.

Thunderbird appears to be set up to be very similar to Lookout Express and/or Lookout. You should look around the help section of your provider, they almost certainly have instructions for setting up Outlook and they may have instructions for Thunderbird as well.

Yahoo only allows pop access to their premium customers.

Damn, beat me to it Lonnie, heh.
Yeah, in order to get POP access with your Yahoo! account, you actually have to pay. I tried setting it up one time and it actually sends you e-mails telling you that you can't do it, heh. But you can set up pretty much anything else with Thunderbird (granted you know all the correct info for that server or whatnot)
