I edited one of my posts and it did not display a message that the post has been edited. I would think we would want that.
Edit: Editing to test editing message.

I think there is a time buffer to when you will see that message. If you edit your post within 1 or 2 minutes, it won't show (usually accounting for a quick typo change or something). I believe that can be changed.

I think I set it to where if you edit the message quickly (within 60 seconds I believe), no message appears. My rationale for that is that if a message is merely edited for typos, then there's no reason for the edit message. IF y'all think it is a bad idea, I'll change that sucker.

I just tried it here, and now the message appears.
60 seconds works for me.

However there have been some games played on here that quick editing could affect to keep people from changing their answers.
