i do think Noop has a point here. Just from looking at the profile for 2.3 seconds she looks much more dark/slightly more asian in the majority of the pics (not to mention heavier). In the pic he posted she was definately white and lighter.

Best case scenario for noop... The creator of this myspace account is using pix he/she found on the internet and they are his ex.

Worst case scenario for noop... He made a lot of things up after being dumped by a chat room girlfriend. He use what he believed to be her photo, but it was actually the internet equivalent of the photo that comes with your wallet.

Most likely scenario for noop... He went thru a breakup that was rough, but doesn't want to show her real pic for some reason (She's fat, he still loves her and soesn't want to show a real pic, etc.) So he found a pic and used it.

Even mentioned him in a song. :D I just find this thread fascinating because someone may have stumbled upon an FOFC member's former girlfriend who now resides in New York or Noop may have exaggerated a wee bit. Either way, I think people are ribbing him and don't truly care either way it goes. I wouldn't really have questioned it at all until he deleted the thread and out of curiousity I decided to see what were to happen if I tried to simulate the same lighting conditions for all the pictures just to see. OK, so here's the story...the weekend before Thanksgiving, my wife finds out that her uncle passed away. The guy was 49, and he had a massive heart attack. Very sad, completely unexpected. So we make plans to go to the funeral, but it's being held in New Jersey. And to complicate matters, it's not going to be until after Thanksgiving, and none of my wife's family here in Florida can afford to fly, so they decide to drive. I can't do that because of work, so my wife takes the kids and goes with her mom, dad, brother, and sister up to Jersey for the funeral. Which leaves me home by myself.

And because I'm by myself for the entire week while my wife has the kids, I now assume housekeeping duties. To make matters worse, their stay in Jersey is lengthened by the fact that our van's transmission died - out of warranty. The internet is your friend, however, and a quick google search points me to a number of people who have had issues with Odyssey transmissions. So I play the sympathy card (wife is stranded 1,000 miles away over Thanksgiving weekend with 2 young kids while attending a funeral) combined with the "Honda's been having major transmission issues" card, and they agree to pay for everything, including a rental car, rather than making me pay the $5200 (!) they first quoted me. And I didn't even have to tell them I was an attorney (which probably wouldn't have helped...).

So now that they're gone for such an extended period of time, the unspoken rule is that this house better be fucking spotless when my wife gets back. Being the procrastinator I am, I waited until last night to actually start cleaning (they'll be back this afternoon).
