I got this for my teenage stepson and while he did tell me it was rated M, I didn't know exactly what that meant, esp. when I read "Nudity", "Blood and Gore" and "Intense Violence". Umm, how bad is it?

I just read a few reviews that mention cutting people in half, and beheading them with spouts of blood coming out as well as more gruesome stealth kills. Sounds like the rating is primarily for violence. None of the reviews mentioned any nudity.
