My question is are the dynasty posts a work in progress or does it look like it will be difficult/impossible to move over here?

We have not given up hope yet on importing the threads from the old board. As is obvious, some imported just fine.

I think PING is very acceptable and appropriate when you have a message focused toward one or more people, but you don't want to send a private message to exclude others from reading/commenting. (like this thread)

I would agree with Big A's punishment for PING posts that read simply "I sent you a PM"
