Anybody have neteller accounts? Can you tell me what fees, if any, are charged for sending/receiving cash?

None if you can wait a few days on transactions to and from a bank account. Transactions to and from merchants don't cost anything.

It's like 8.9% for instant transactions to and from your bank account. Its free if you're willing to wait 3-4 days.

Yeah, 3-4 seems to be the incoming time period. Perhaps I've been lucky, but my cashouts have been very fast. Next day or at worst 2 days.

Basically, if you are patient you will never pay a fee with Neteller.
