There is nothing, NOTHING, that tastes better on a pizza than jalepenos.

That is all.

Change sausage to pepperoni and roasted bell peppers to mushrooms and you're right on the money...

I'll add those too.

Give me a Pizza with:

Pepperoni, Sausage, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, and Jalipenos and I'm a happy man. Although my stomach wouldn't like me.

I'm also partial to a good BBQ chicken pizza, but I have to be in the mood for it, since it uses BBQ sauce over the standard marinara.

Triple cheese (lots of mozzerella, cheddar, and asiago), artichoke hearts, chicken breasts and bacon. That's usually the way I make my pizza. I don't know what I'd do without my pizza baking stone.

Take away the artichoke hearts and that sounds delicious.

My usual standby is extra cheeses, chicken breasts, and occasionally the bacon.

Bah - Jalapenos are an insult to the entire peppers community, providing the false hint of spice for you weak white boys - who can't take real chilly! :D

Bah - its still white man spicy. :D One of my rules for Indian food is that if I want it really spicy, I say a few words to them in Hindi - I've found that an Indian "10" and an American "10" differ slightly in meaning. The same applies with every Asian Food joint... :D

Yeah, I have a hard time actually getting my Thai food really spicy when I try new places. When I tell them that I want it hot they usually smirk and the food I get is just above mild. It takes a few visits and me telling them that I want it hotter before they get the hint...

The best pizza I ever had was from somewhere near the Nassau Colliseum. It had fresh sliced tomatoes (no sauce), oregano and parsley, and some cheese that I forget what it was. Man was that some good stuff.

Oh holy hell, I just found a new favorite! Jalepeno stuffed green olives. Regular jalepenos rock. Regular green olives rock. And when you combine them it creates something out of this world!

And don't get me started on the (spicy) dirty vodka martinis that you can make with them and their juice... :)
