I am on my girlfriend's laptop for the week and she showed me this great little program, iCal. I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with this....and if anyone knows of a windows version, or something comparable for windows users?

It is a personal calender / organizer / scheduler. The interface is very similar to iTunes and is easy to use.

Your girlfriend sounds hot. She has a Mac.

If it's a great program and it's easy to use, of course it was on a Mac. After some research I've decided that my next computer purchase will be a Mac. I know you can find some similar programs online but doubt they're as well organized or as easy to use as iCal.

There's a calendar/scheduler type thing in Microsoft Outlook (not Outlook Express.)

I just read in a magazine about a program called Trumba...it's web based and you can set up different calendars/mailing lists and have reminders sent, it's also color coded. I checked it out and it looks pretty cool and easy to use.

I use rainlendar. Its very simple and has a ton of different skins you can set on it. Its basically a desktop calendar with to do & event lists.
