A Relative of mine has a small law firm (10 employees total) and they are in need of a very simple general ledger system. By simple, I mean something that the older generation can use because of his staffs limited knowledge in software. They have a billing system that they said works fine but they need a general ledger system on the computer.
I develop spreadsheets and programs based on Oracle/Hyperion, but don't have any knowledge when it comes to selecting a simple, inexpensive accounting software program. Would Quicken or Microsoft Money do this? If not, can anyone suggest a program that would be fairly simple to implement and maintain and is pretty inexpensive?
