I bought the WWSM backup disk for an extra $10...but Digital River sent me, SImply Super Software Trojan Remover 6. While I appreciate that, I definitely still want my own copy of WWSM2006. What do I need to do to get the headasses over there to mail it to me. They can have this back if they want it.

That makes too much sense :D
Maybe that's their way of telling you that you have some Trojans to be removed first?

I will say this... DR or at least whomever the customer service is contracted out to was able to help me out last night at midnight reissuing my WSM key to me after their dodgy software kept telling me I had reissued my key to too many computers (I did just get a new one last night after my old Dell kicked the bucket). So kudos to the customer service number for sticking with it til they solved my problem.
I will also very quickly add that the DR technology blows goats - its needlessly convoluted and complex. I've had more issues with the digital download of WSM from a licensing perspective in 2 months than I've had in 4+ years of dealing with Viatech/e-license spanning six or seven purchases.

addendum:
On the phone w/ cust service as I type.... every time you swap out RAM on your machine, expect to have issues, at least that's been the case for me. I don't normally swap RAM out frequently, but I just so happened to have a computer crash, then purchase a new computer, which I subsequently added RAM to today. Both when I tried to upgrade my old pc pre-crash w/ new memory and again today, the DR 'security' gets thrown for a loop.
Total WAG, but does the memory configuration throw off DR's "hardware fingerprint"??? In otherwords, it thinks the digi download has been loaded on a different PC? It's total garbage that I have to make a 20 minute phone call anytime I want to reconfigure a pc. Could you imagine having to do that for all applications loaded on a computer?
