I can't stand this guy. Everytime I see him on TV I want to through my shoe through the screen.

He was funny in the 80's. To me, he's no more or less funny than a lot of "famous" comedians in the last 15 years. I won't name names, since I don't want to make people cry.

That blown-up-latex-glove-over-the-head gag never gets old.

Option 4:
about as funny as Gallagher.

... currently engaged in a fierce PR battle to give some semblance of aristic substance to his frenetic style with overtly public "confessions" of OCD.

His standup act is one of the funniest I've ever seen.

Definitely not funny. Rremember watching him on Arsenio and he had this really bad habit of taking dragging out a 15-second joke to absurd lengths.

But what about Bobby's World?
...yeah, he sucks...

But Gallagher at least had the Sledge-o-matic. I'd take that over a latex glove any day.

Is he the guy with the really weird voice? I remember thinking he was funny once, when I was 12.

I liked him on St. Elsewhere. Never thought he was funny, but liked his character.

How often are you seeing him on TV? I can't recall the last time I've seen him.
I would suggest reading your TV manual. There is probably a button that will allow you to change channels.

He's the front man for Boston Pizza commercials here, which are in heavy rotation on the couple of channels I watch. The one channel (The Score) runs a ticker of sports scores and stories through the commecials so I wind up seeing him all of the time. He also pitches something else but I can't remember what.
So in short I see him 2 or 3 times a day in the hour of TV I watch. I almost feel like he's TV stalking me.

We just got a Boston Pizza here in Bellingham. Pretty damned good.
