According to the web, the shelf life is 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Anyone have any predicitions for 8 hours from now?

Maybe you'll get a boner. Who knows.

You should be fine as long as you heated it up to an internal temp exceeding 160 degrees (normal temp for most cooked food). Was it nice and hot?

Are you trying to make me sick? Again?

Straight from the refrigerator, baby!

It was really spur of the moment: I'm hungry = eat the chicken thigh.

I did, however, throw out the second one. Maybe I ate the good one :D

Are you sure it was a chicken thigh? Could it have been really old chinese food?

I ate fiberglass insulation. It wasn't cotton candy like the guy said... my tummy itches.

I've eaten worse. I went out to dinner one night with some friends then went to a concert and forgot to bring the chicken inside to the refrigerator. I left it in the car in the garage all night in the middle of summer. I ate both pieces the next day with no ill effects.

It was Stroud's fried chicken. For those of you who know what I'm talking about, you'll understand why I took the risk.

I'm pretty sure anything that is fried is good no matter how old it is.Unless of course it has green fuzz growing on it.....then you might have to remove the skin before you eat it....or dip it in hot sauce.

When I first read this, I thought it was a 6 year old Chicken Thigh!

6 days old would have been fine if you heated it either in the microwave or oven. However, eating it cold, I'm guessing you have a fair chance of diahhrea or vomiting tonight.

When I first read this, I thought it was about someone who fried a Chicken thigh for 6 days then ate it.

Not only is it gross that you ate it cold, it's even more disgusting that it was dark meat. Yuck.

Not really a big deal for me - i love sushi, raw beef, etc., so a cold chicken thigh is pretty damn good. If I were on a desert island, I'd be in hog heaven, provided I could catch whatever I wanted to eat.
