Inspired by this thread looking at the future (http://www.operationsports.com/fofc/showthread.php?t=46630), I decided to make a silly, useless poll doing the same. 2050 is another 46 years away. Fossilman may well be a fossil himself by then, and The Professor only remembered in history books. The Mouth and The Brat may remember each other fondly (or not) at the Happy Trails Retirement Home in Vegas. Today's young guns will all be as old as Doyle is now. Some of them will still be playing. But what game will they play?

I'd pay for a Strip Poker Playboy PPV.

To answer your question, though, I think it will be some type of poker that hasn't been invented yet...one that is beyond our wildest imaginations. Maybe L. Ron Hubbard knows, but we do not.

I vote Omaha, but most people can't even figure out Holdem and Omaha is much tougher. Any game that translates to big tournaments because thats what the public loves..
