FM 2006 Question

I started with Maidenhead (great name btw) and won promotion to the English National Conference, then the next year won promotion again to Level 2. But since going to Level 2, my attendance at home games has dropped considerably. The previous year, I would get around 2000 at a game, now at a higher level and with a better team I'm only getting 250 per game (and we're winning at Level 2). Any reason this might be happening?

Did your board possibly authorize a stadium expansion? I know that reduces capacity, and at a small ground like yours, possibly drastically.

I mean to say that it reduces capacity while the construction work is in progress.
