Hi,

I play WWSM06 a lot, but given that I'm a few years into my career and I have a lot of leagues running the game runs slowly. I'm looking for a "light" game that I could play during the sometimes lengthy breaks on WWSM.

I don't mind paying for it if necessary, just want something to fill in the gaps.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Might I suggest getting Football Manager on PSP when it arrives in a couple of months time ... its designed specifically for this purpose ;)

You could try www.Syrnia.com, a free online game that several of us play. There are different skills that you can work on that differ in the amount of attention required. Some skills you can let the game run unattended, others like combat training you need to pay pretty close attention.

Let me know if you start playing, and I'll get you some equipment to get started.

While that looks like a nice game, I wonder if the graphics might slow down FM 06 even more. Or if FM 06, might slow down the graphics too much to play that game.

Vex, he wants an enjoyable experience, we all know that isn't possible with the TaterTotMafia.

I'd be surprised if it caused any slowness. I usually have several things going at once, and haven't experienced anything like that, and my laptop is about 3 or 4 years old.

I got signed up and it looks interesting. My name on it is civeneer.

Any help you might be able to provide would be hugely appreciated. My AIM is KNSmith85 if that's an avenue you have available.

Thanks for any help you could offer! :)

Hmmm. If that is true, I might have to try this for when I'm playing WWSM 06 as well :)

If he hangs with HC and me, he'll be running the place soon!

Found another neat one that so far seems like a good fit...

Yes, a curling game. It is mighty tricky, though.
