We had our first soccer game of the Spring season last weekend. I was ok after the game. But Monday morning, like you said, double ow.
I just got back from the second game of the season, and it's gonna be another double ow session. Not from the running, but the cheap two handed shove to the back I received that was completely unexpected.

Dola,
Coffee is known to have some slight pain killing properties, so drink a couple of carafes with each session of Advil. :D

Heh. I've grown weary of falling to pieces after whatever athletic activity I do. Time to get my sorry ass back in shape before paintball season starts.

It's sad when I realize how much better shape I was in just 10 years ago :(

I'm going to try getting back into some sort of exercise routine, starting tomorrow. I haven't exercised regularly since before I was married (nearly 9 years). I've pretty much got no choice at this point, though, since i'm getting fatter and older, and that's not a good combination. It'll only get harder the longer I put it off.

My favorite is when you overdo working on the triceps and go two whole days where your arms are nearly useless...
I got one of those big inflatable balls and have been using that in my workouts. It really seems to help. Everything seems to make my stomach ache, which is where I need the most work.
