Any XBOX 360 users out there have Madden?

I rented Madden tonight for the X360. I'm loving it. I can't understand why the reviews bashed it so much. I bought Call of Duty II instead of Madden when I picked up my XBOX 360 and now I'm regretting it.

Does anyone want to play some Madden on 360? Anyone want to get rid of their madden and want Call of Duty II for it?

No, I liked the Madden. I think the reason some of the reviews have been awful is because it doesn't have all the features that the regular Xbox version had. My one gripe is that when you check the recievers to see what pattern they are running, when you call an audible, or when you send someone in motion, the camera doesn't reset, it stays pulled away from the action. Other than that, I love the game, though I've been playing more NBA 2K6 lately.

I love NBA 2k6. It is basketball season also, so I'll continue to play that the most. I'm debating on whether or not to buy madden 06. I'll probably just rent it for a bit and then wait till madden 2007 to buy.

I've got Madden. I like it, but the damn thing keeps locking up on me during the game. I like Madden for the Xbox better because I've got NCAA as well and I drafted Bush, Young, Ginn, and Breaston for the Raiders. Freaking monster team.

I bought it for xbox, then when I got my 360 i read about how it was really stripped down so I decided just to wait. Is the game play really that much better than xbox/ps2? I didnt even want to rent it because the reviews it got.

I got NBA LIVE for the 360...and it just seems like EA rushed out all their sports games...which was understandable because they had a big market with the release games - but i have come to expect more from EA through the years.

Madden is a solid game taken on its own merits. The problem is how EA stripped the game down to nothing. Not even a practice mode where you can practice your plays. No fantasy draft mode for your career. I love the new play calling setup in it. The graphics are solid and the game plays OK, but I can't overlook how many features they left out.

I also have to say that Call of Duty 2, NBA2K6, NFS: Most Wanted and PGR3 are all better games IMHO.
