Hey, dude, you're getting a cell! Benjamin Curtis, the 22-year-old actor who portrays "Steven," the Dell Guy, in those bothersome computer commercials, was arrested late last night (2/9) on a marijuana possession charge, The Smoking Gun has learned. According to police, Curtis was nabbed after cops spotted him buying a "small bag of marijuana" from a dealer on Manhattan's Lower East Side (at Ludlow and Rivington for you Gothamites). Curtis, who lives in lower Manhattan, was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, while Omar Mendez, the 19-year-old alleged dealer, faces drug sale and possession charges. The misdemeanor complaint filed against the pair is below

I still like "observation of the packaging which is typical of this kind of drug" which was earlier referred to as a "baggie."

Why don't you just put him on ignore if you're so bothered by him? It's not like he posts inflammatory stuff that will require your attention. This reminds me of school yard bullying.

Why don't you just put him on ignore if you're so bothered by him?"Annoyed" is a better word, and the answer to your question is "because he BEGGED me to take him off ignore."

It just seems very out of character for you. I'm sure I'm rehashing previous arguments, but I don't think he's done anything that deserves people being unkind to him.

i am sure others annoyed you too, but your probably scare to say anything to them.Well, first off, there is no one on here that consistently posts stuff that annoys me even close to as often as you do. Second, come on, you don't REALLY think that I'm hesitant to mix it up with anyone on here, do you???
and why you took the edit button away from me? i am not allow to delete or edit my thread, but others can edit and delete there thread?Because I was awaiting an answer to my question, and you kept deleting the thread.

Actually jb there are times you come across as a person with very little common sense, like posting at other forums an announcement of a competing product and website, which really smacks of someone that doesn't think before they post.
Or asking if the latest patch is working ok for everyone, long after the problems have been solved, or being addressed in a future patch. You don't seem to want to follow a programmer's wishes by following their posted instructions on how to report issues in a particular thread, and just try to stir up trouble by posting something that has already been discussed ad nauseum in other places.
FOFC is a great place to get feedback from people that aren't uber fans of the games they purchase. I don't always agree with the approach in discussing those shortcomings sometimes, but for the most part you can get a clear idea of what is going on with a game, both good and bad.
There are a few forum admins of places you visit that would love to see you use common sense before you post, and I gather Skydog is one of them. Most of the time you come off as an immature 15 yr old kid that found this great world of sports sims.
Heard that you are older than that, but the impression still stands. You aren't being picked on because you are jbmagic, you are being held at least at FOFC , to a standard of adult behavior that doesn't seem to be making any sense to you.
Maybe just try understanding what is expected of you, by the various forums you visit, along with this one, and following the rules of each.
If you have issues you need solved, doing it in a private manner would be much better for your reputation than doing it on the public forums, since it tends to reinforce your lack of understanding and common sense of what is and isn't polite to do on company sponsored boards, or public discussion forums. If you need clarification with a problem, usually a email or PM to the proper people would solve a lot of your misunderstanding.
Good Luck.

You had me until the "the standard of Adult behavior" line Hoosier. Half of us would be in trouble if that was really a hardline expectation of this board........Which is what makes it so fun here. :)
And truth be known, people don't really bother or annoy you.......unless you let them bother and annoy you.

What most people don't know is that he was not fired due to the drug bust.
It was simply a matter of his not being able to remember his lines for some strange reason...
The only thing truly surprising about this is that it happened to Dell. I always thought that pot was supposed to be a Gateway drug... :D
