I saw this over about a year ago (right after the TriBeCa film festival in New York), and after many, many delays Night Watch has finally been released in the U.S. today (though extremely limited it seems). It's in Russian, and it's the first of a trilogy, but it's a pretty damn good movie for sci-fi/horror fans.
I suggest checking it out if you have the chance.
