Home Field Advantage

I just finished reading the thread on momentum and it made me wonder; is there any kind of home field advantage coded into the game?

Hmm, that does add a little twist to the little research I did for the momentum thread... I mean, home field advantage is about .550 and the fact that teams usually swap from home to road games, the home field advantage might alter the likeliness to win back to back game...
