That would be cool, this is the kind of thing genetic engineers should be working on, not GM foodstuffs. Flying giraffes and minature elephants. Who wouldn't want a two foot tall elephant as a pet?

Put the business plan together. Mini-elephants is the best idea I've heard in a long time.

Would have been nice if someone would have guarded him.

Why would you want to guard him? Isn't he overrated, or something?

So, with UConn out of the tournament, who are the likely #1 seeds now?

Inigo Montoya says: You use that word "out of the tournament" I don't think it means what you want it to mean

Are you saying that it's possible for UConn to lose in their conference tournament and still win the NCAA championship?
So, why do they have conference tournaments?

The winner of the Conference Tourney gets and auto. bid to the NCAA tourney so, you could be awful during the year and win the conference tourney and still make the Big Dance.

Does Syracuse leapfrog Cincy into the tournament with a win?
Also, GW loses in the A-10 tourney, knocking another big name at-large out of the tourney.

So, why do they have conference tournaments? They are a relic from a time before there were 8,000 at large bids to the NCAA Tournament and only conference champs got to go the the Tournament.
They have been kept around because they generate revenue.

Yeah, I think Syracuse is now in. Seton Hall and Cincy may be out (when combined with the GW loss).

Agreed, the Big East is one heck of a conference.. The league is head and shoulders better than all other confrences..

Kentucky is another interesting one to watch. A win today against Ole Miss, and they should be locked in.
A loss today against Ole Miss, and they will still probably make it, but there could be some debate about it depending on the way that other teams do in their conference tournaments.

2 bubble teams just got fucked because 'cuse is in for sure. If you can ever call a loss a good thing this may at least re focus uconn and make them realize you can't take days off against teams playing for their lives.

No, they more likely knocked George Mason or the fourth MVC team out.

I think Hofstra has to be ahead of George Mason, who almost has to be ahead of Witchita St.
