Use IE instead, just dont do it for business, financial, personal, email or fun stuff. Otherwise ur good. ;)

Ah well I was being a smartass the 1st time.

The absolute quickest way for me to eliminate spyware with little effort is using Ad-Aware

http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/

If you are already using it, what other programs, if any others, are you using?
