Looks like a basement, but it's clear that there are a lot of games that there are multiple copies of. Perhaps a used game store someone has in their house? (I've seen people who had businesses like this out of their home. Usually in rural areas)

I know people who have large collections like that, but it's frequently from buying games in lots to get what they need, and then selling the rest of it piecemeal. I've frequently gotten good deals on GameTZ that way.

If it's in a basement, it could be somebody who's built their collection that way, but it could also be a rural game store.

I'd kill for that. Better yet, as I said in the "goals" thread a week or so ago, if I had that, I'd start a game museum and share with the world.
