It isn't. At least, that didn't happen for as long as I was staring at that little blue ball bouncing...and bouncing...and rolling...and bouncing...and rolling...

It reminds me a bit of the old 70's Sesame Street clip of the red ball bouncing and rolling along a wire metal track and so forth. I do hope I'm not the only one around here old enough to remember that.
