Is there a way as a regular GM to tell what the Commish's (and thus the league's) injury settings are? If it doesn't work this way, how does it work? Thanks.

in the global settings. of course, if they've been changed since your commish posted the universe files you won't be able to see that.

So there's no way to independently confirm or refute any claim that the Commish has changed the injury settings?

not without him posting a new file, and even then he could change it just prior to posting the file.

I'm not really understanding what would be the point in changing the injury setting and keeping it a secret from the league.

There was an accusation in our league that the Commish secretly changed the injury settings. I'm trying to ascertain whether it's possible to know whether that happened, and if so, how. If it's not, then the question becomes why the guy made the accusation.

The injury setting should have been higher than 60 to begin with. You guys should keep the higher injury setting anyway.

Right. That's what I gathered. What I'm saying is that I don't see the point in changing the injury setting and not telling the league. What is this Commish trying to accomplish? If he wants a lower injury setting for the league, why not just say publicly that he's changing it?
