Are Carndinals game day tickets easy/impossible to get at the box office the day of the game?

I dunno about at the new Busch. The old Busch, you could get tickets on game day, depending on who was in town. I bet its harder now, though.

That's what I was afraid of. But I thought I'd check. Thanks...

I believe all games are sold out, albeit a few standing room only tickets available for a few games this year.

Here's a good source for you:
STLcardinals.com (http://stlouis.cardinals.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/ticketing/index.jsp?c_id=stl)
The Prime Seat Club is season ticket holders selling their seats for individual games. The rest is pretty straight forward.

there is a program where you stand in line and pay $5.50 for a ticket, i think you have to buy 2. then you go to another window and you get a sealed envelope. whatever tickets are in it are yours be it standing room only or good seats.
I would call ahead and see if this a specific date promotion or they always do it

You can get standing room only tickets on game day for all games.
The obvious problem with the prime seat club is it costs $25 to join. It's a great deal if you think you wiull go to a lot of games, but if you are looking to just go to one game it may be a bit much.
If you rerally want seats on game day they have a program running where you can go down to the stadium and wait in line I think starting at 7 a.m. They have tickets on sale for every game that you can only get by going to wait in line. Two seats limit per person. It's interesting because all the tickets are the same price and they can be anywhere in the stadium. From nose bleeds to dugout boxes. You have to wait in line a long time though and if you don;t get there in time you might not even get any tickets for your time.

That does sound like an interesting program.
We got walk-ups for a game against the Astros at the old Busch 15 minutes before game time, right in what was referred to at the time as "Big Mac Land."
Not exactly a prime seat, but not really a bad one, either.
