Last night watching the Sharks-Oilers and the announcers had a hockey jargon discussion that I, as only a 10 year fan of the sport had never heard before.
It started with the "goalie stood on his head" reference which I know and understand the meaning of.
So Drew Remendia got off an a tangent about something when the goalie has a game that is the opposite of standing on his head. They were laughing and said something about a bed - but said the reference was not appropriate for a family broadcast.
so my question to the old time hockey fans on this board - what the hell was he talking about?
