I haven't watched the clip but, probably the clip from 'Robot Chicken' so, if you like that, I recommend checking out that show... the show pretty much revolves around animation done with old toys.

I thought he went through periods of sounding like Brian/Stewie/Quagmire. I'm guessing these are all voiced by MacFarlane.

This thread provides insight into the difficutly people have of spelling a name with no vowels. I think there may be some scientific value there.
