Free Turn-Based Strategy Game: 1848

I saw this posted over at Octopus Overlords. Figured it might be of interest to some people here. It's a totally free game created with sponsorship from the Hungarian Ministry of Education:

There was quite a bit of positive commentary about this game over on Wargamer.com, and I believe they have an American Revolution game on the board that uses the same system. The 1848 war is obscure by American standards, but it's apparently a good game design. Many of the comments were from tough critics and grognards, as I recall.
