OT - Looking for links: Create your own online comic/movie?

Last year there were some links posted here for sites where you could make your own comic strip and/or movies by using predefined images and adding your own dialog. You would create one, then could link to it and have others rate it.

Anyone have links to those sites (or anything similar)?
