Got home from an unanticipated 8 hour shift at work, and decided to unwind by working on trying to collect all the rewards in Tomb Raider Legend on 360. I turn my wireless controller on, and it won't turn on the system.
After about 3 minutes of monkey-like head-scratching, I figure out the problem: battery pack is dead, needs swapping out. So I take my fresh one from the Quick Charge kit I picked up last week, put the dead one in, and everything works fine.
I collect the final 4 or 5 rewards I need from the Bolivia level, complete the Bolivia time trial, glance at the charger...and it's done charging. Granted, I took a little over an hour with the reward-hunting, and about 13 minutes on the time trial, but that's still ridiculously fast compared to the charge 'n play kit.
I may never use that cable again.
