Xbox Modificatons

Hey I'm wondering if anyone has ever done any modifications to their Xbox to expand the use of the console?

Like Xbox Media Center or anything such as that.

I just got mine set up and I was wondering if anyone has any further suggestions on things to do.

I had some help running a soft mod on mine, I dropped in a 200 GB HD on mine, and he installed the LinuxOS as well as some of the apps for me....However, there are some sites out there that have guides on it....

Yeah I've been checking out that site.

I softmodded mine on Friday and I installed XBMC. I've been doing some various other things and trying to locate some of the harder to find softwares over the weekend.
