Ouch, I just deleted that file off of my hard drive a week or so ago. That signaled the end of TCY for good. It appears that the page of the util's developer is finally gone as well. Someone will probably have to mail you it.

Does anyone have the setup file for TCY Helper? I have it but it crashes everytime I open the program.
