ESPNU Turning into ESPN International?

I wonder if ESPN has realized that there's no college sports over the summer, so to fill the time on their college network (ESPNU), they're going to show international sports?

For example, ESPNU right now is showing a USA vs Ireland Rugby match, and they're going to replay all the World Cup games..
