I'd appreciate any thoughts and views on this game if any of you do end up getting it.

It is from the same people who developed Cossacks and they are calling this one Cossacks II.

Any thoughts from anybody who buys this game?

The Gone Gold Guide page for this game (http://www.gonegold.com/gguide/amconq.shtml) has links to a few reviews, if y'all are interested. Sadly, I don't see any user reviews/impressions in the Gone Gold forum (which I prefer).

I played it at a friends place and well it pretty much is boring . Great idea thats poorly executed . Takes too long to build a huge army and the cpu builds like faster than heck and can overwhelm you in a few minutes after starting .
