I feel stupid asking this, but I seem to have forgotten how to enable real players for Germany, and make the German team (and Dutch team!) "active" in FM. As I recall, it involves fidling with an .ini file, but I can't recall the exact details for the life of me.

Delete everything in your db/inc/all folder and put this in there.
