I've watched this several times, and don't see how in the hell this one works.

yawn.
first, you hire actors to play the 'unknowing crowd'. Then you find a circus freak without legs. then you edit some shots of legs moving. then you attempt to have the C rate actors to appear to be freaked out.
sort of like the Butkus Quick Cook Grill infomercials (wait, to circus freaks in those)

Or midgets were used. The Keebler elves might be involved.
I'm no Hornsmaniac, but here's an uncocky, unfunny transcript of an e-mail a coworker and I had about this very topic:
HornsManiacWannabe: She seemed to take being pulled apart pretty well.
Girl: Seriously. And why the hell was she running away???
HMW: She was probably heading out to a shoe sale.
G: Only she seemed to be running away from her lower body. Weird.
HMW: I thought her lower half handled the situation better.
G: Definitely. The lower half was a class act.
HMW: And the top half was ironically the one that was “losing her head”.
G: Don’t you just hate when that happens?
HMW: I don’t really mind, as long as it’s not me getting ripped in half forcibly.
G: I think they’re 2 little people, i.e., dwarfs, pulling one over everybody…
HMW: I think they really tore her in half and after a period of shock and agony, she died.
G: That’s what I’m thinkin
HMW: And they buried her in two half sized coffins.
G: But the question remains: did they bury the coffins in one spot or 2 separate ones?
HMW: They buried them end to end. But they messed up, so now she is stepping on her own head.
Has this become a competition to see who will stop replying first?
G: Competition? What competition? Is there a prize?
HMW: At night, if it’s very quiet, they say you can hear her upper half singing:
“Ooooh, baby, I think I love you.
From: Head.
To: Toes.”
G: LOL! Ok, you WIN!
I hope I've made Hornsmaniac even a little bit proud of me with the cocky, funny repartee.
