ipod question

my mom sent me this email:

"Well, my Ipod has been charging for 24 hours and it still says do not disconnect on the display. What do you think I should do? It has never taken this long before. I'm afraid to unplug it."

i don't know the answer to this one, as i've never had this happen. anyone have any experience with this situation?

it's ok to unplug them when it says that. I do it all the time

Doesn't have anything to do with charging - have her eject it from iTunes.
