So the girlfriend and I are headed to Milwaukee tomorrow morning and looking for something to do Friday night. I figured we could hit a Brewers game only to find out that there is not two tickets seated together available, wtf? Is scalping legal in Wisconsin? I just figured we'd drive up there and get some tickets that way if we had to.

We are going to Milwaukee for Click Five on Saturday, shoot me.

You had the misfortune of trying to go during 'wack a brat' night.

Balldog: It's sold out because it's Cubs Brewers. Half or more of the stadium will be Cubs fans. I'm going on Sunday for the very reason that Miller Stadium is a nice play to see a ball game and it's cheaper then going to Wrigley.

You might want to try that again at www.milwaukeebrewers.com ...

I just tried 2 best available & got a pair about halfway up in the field level right behind the 3rd base dugout. Okay, granted, they're $50 each, but they came up with no problem for me just now.

Dola -- just tried again, got a different pair in the 300's section behind home plate. Again, $50 each.

edit to add -- this is wild, just tried immediately after posting and got a pair of $18 seats way up high down the RF line. Horrible seats in most parks but I'm just amazed how quickly they're changing even with the same search parameters.

double edit -- And now it's a pair of $40 seats between home & 1B.

This is funky

I go to Miller Park around ten times per year and it is correct that the Cub tickets are harder to come by.

If you can't find two together online I'm 99% positive you'll be able to pick up tickets in the parking lot from scalpers. Last time I went to a single seat only game I had no problem finding tickets.

If you don't have a scalper approach you the second you get out of your car (which happened to me last game I went to), you can usually find scalpers around the bridge that connects general parking to the park.

Usually the markup from scalpers isn't horrible. Bleacher seats are $15 from the ticket office and I usually pay $20 from a scalper. I'm not sure if they scalpers will try to bleed more money out of people due to the fact that it's a Cubs game. If you have any questions about anything or the park in general, just let me know.

Edit: I suppose you may have left already.... :)

Cubs-Brewers are probably when the park is most packed, for obvious reasons.

Go Brew Crew!
